Megan Fox Diet Talk Rivals Botox Argument

Actress Megan Fox definitely has a great body. Obviously, diet has a ton to do with Fox's look, but her exact diet is getting plenty of play online. What type of diet is Megan on and why is everyone making such a big deal of it.

Megan Fox at Scream AwardsIt was just a few days ago when Megan Fox posted photos of herself on Facebook, claiming that she did not use Botox. Of course, several doctors and tabloids did everything they could to discredit the claim. Now people are attacking her diet.

In a recent interview, Megan said this about her diet regime:

I eat five times a day and don't diet, but I do eat healthily - mostly raw and vegan food with no diary. It's not always possible with travel and filming, but I do try.

In it, she also admitted to taking silica and fish oil supplements.
This was fine, until celebrity website, Ahlan claimed that Megan Fox was on some sort of 'Caveman Diet.' The website claims that Fox followed a regime similar to actress Elizabeth Hurley called the Paleo or Caveman diet.

It was this diet is said to have helped her get her 'Transformers' body. It includes fish, meat, eggs, berries, and root vegetables. Anything that was available to cave dwellers. Of course, fish, meat, and eggs are not on a "raw and vegan...no dairy" diet.

Which diet is it? Is it the diet Megan claims to be on or is it the 'Caveman Diet' that Ahlan claims. Hopefully this will not turn into another Botox-gate.
