Megan Fox's shrinking cheeks

24 Aug 2010 - Maybe there’s hope that surgically enhanced actress Megan Fox won’t end up a weird, pitiful plastic-surgery victim who doesn’t know when to stop changing her face.Plastic surgeon and blogger Dr. Nicholas Vendemia of New York sees signs that her face is returning to normal as her body absorbs injected filler that pumped up her cheeks to an abnormal extent.

In recent photos, her cheeks look smaller than in the recent past. “Her cheeks aren’t actually shrinking … they’re just going back to their normal, pre-injection, size,” Vendemia said. Previously, some celebrity watchers had speculated that Fox had gotten permanent cheek implants, but Vendemia’s theory was that she had gotten injections of filler.

“I stuck to my guns about her having an injectable cheekbone augmentation, and here’s the proof that I was right. Implants don’t go away, but fillers do! Sculptra and Evolence, which would have been good choices for Megan’s cheekbones, last 1-2 years. Alternatives like Juvederm last 6-8 months.”

Her current looks contrast with her appearance in June at the premiere of the movie “Jonah Hex,” when she was greeted with scorn by some celebrity watchers.
“Megan Fox Disfigured Face Result Of Botox Injections!?!” said a headline on the Bumpshack.com, which this blog’s facebook page ran under the heading “Dept. of Exaggerated Headlines.”

Cosmetic medicine consultant Wendy Lewis commented, “You’re so right, Colin. How bad can Megan ever look?”

BumpShack.com said Fox “looked like a complete Botox-ed mess.” It added:

Dominic Monaghan indulges in ‘inappropriate’ behaviour with Megan Fox

Dominic Monaghan says it felt “all right” to lock lips with Megan Fox while shooting the video version of Eminem’s chart-topper “Love the Way You Lie.” Many were envying the luck of the Lost alum, but he maintains that he knew that Megan was married and he respects marriage and promised her at the outset that he wasn’t going to slip into anything inappropriate.“What is it like kissing Megan Fox? Actress Megan Fox has washboard abs, and guess what she does to show them off? She borrows clothes from her eight-year-old stepson Kassius.

The 24-year-old actress has been photographed in a tiny Star Wars top as well as a green Voltron number, which have also been worn in public by Kassius, reports dailymail.co.uk. While the T-shirts look loose and baggy on Kassius, they are short and tight on Fox, who has always preferred a casual look with jeans and tops in her daily life, rather than girly dresses.

Fox became stepmother to Kassius - her husband Brian Austin Green's son from his relationship with actress Vanessa Marcil - when she married the former Beverley Hills, 90210, star in July.

Finance reports that 24-year-old Fox, who stars opposite Lost actor Dominic Monaghan as one half of a physically abusive couple, has given her salary to the Sojourn House, which provides battered women and their kids with a place to rebuild their self-esteem and their lives. In the powerful video, which also features Rihanna, Fox and Monaghan, 33, are shown alternately attacking each other and passionately making out. Both Eminem, 37, and Rihanna, 22, have had personal experiences with domestic violence, and as Rihanna told Access Hollywood, "The lyrics were so deep, so beautiful and intense. It's something that I understood, something I connected with."

For his part, Eminem felt it was an issue that needed to be addressed. "Trying to make this tough subject work visually is a challenge," he admitted. "It was great to have Rihanna, Megan and Dominic on board for this. They really brought it and made this video super-powerful."

Megan Fox replaces Lara Stone as the face of Giorgio Armani make-up line

Lara Stone may be the model of the moment, but for Giorgio Armani, it's all about Megan Fox, who is set to take over from the Dutch beauty as the face of his cosmetics line.

The announcement has come as little surprise to the industry, which has watched the 24-year-old's relationship with the veteran Italian designer go from strength to strength in recent years.

She is a regular at his catwalk shows, and wore an Armani Privé gown for her recent wedding to 90210 star Brian Austin Green.

Two months after tying the knot, Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green still have that "just married" glow.

The two arrived at Sunday's Teen Choice Awards in Universal City, Calif., holding hands.Before the show started, he sneaked a kiss.

Says a witness, "They were very affectionate during the entire show. They were sitting very close together and his arm was around her."

During a break, actress Jenna Dewan even got up to congratulate the two on their summer nuptials. The two had another reason to celebrate: Fox, 24, won the award for Choice Hottie.

In yet another sign that the "Harry Potter" franchise is drawing to a close, Emma Watson has finally cut her hair. Drastically.

The signature long locks of Hermione Granger — a character Watson has played for about a decade — have been shed for a pixie cut, a picture of which is posted on her Facebook page. EW has a photo as well.

After her dramatic re-branding with a new pixie haircut just last week, and with the long-awaited Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows press campaign underway, Emma Watson has been hitting the headlines of late. The latest news? The British actress-cum-model-cum-designer announced yesterday (August 18) that she will be launching her spring/summer 2010 collection for Fairtrade label, People Tree, at a garden party thrown by none other than HRH, Prince Charles.

“A Garden Party to make a Difference” is a 12-day eco-festival organised by the Prince’s Charities, going from September 8 – 19. Combining music from Jools Holland with comedy from Ben Elton and Alistair McGowan, alongside fashion and food, the festival offers hints on how to take those small steps towards a more sustainable future, all in the grounds of Clarence House. Holding up the fashion fort, Watson’s new collection, her third for the brand, will be presented in a fashion show on September 11 in the historic Friary Court of St James’s Palace.

“I’m so thrilled that People Tree will be showing the spring/summer collection at ‘A Garden Party to Make a Difference’. I think the Prince of Wales’s initiative is such a brilliant idea,” said the conscientious 20-year-old, who started the collaboration after becoming increasingly frustrated at the lack of humanitarian alternatives to “fast fashion”.

Emma Watson was hoping to put a spell on her fans when she announced the 100-day countdown to the new Harry Potter movie sporting her new short hairstyle - and goth-style black lace hotpants.

Emma, who plays Hermione Granger, unveiled the new poster for Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 1, the penultimate film adaptation of the JK Rowling books which will show at cinemas from November 19.

Emma Watson denies trying for Girl With Dragon Tattoo

A representative for Harry Potter star Emma Watson has denied reports that the actress is auditioning for the lead role in an upcoming big screen adaptation of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo. Watson, 20, had sparked speculation she was trying for the role of edgy computer hacker LisbethSalander after she debuted a short pixie hairstyle earlier this month, the Daily Express reported.

Emma WatsonShe was said to be leading the race for the role, fighting off competition from actresses including Ellen Page and Carey Mulligan.

But according to GossipCop.com, a spokesperson for Watson has denied the speculation, saying the rumour is “absolutely false on all accounts”

Emma Watson has been linked to the starring role in The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo.

The Harry Potter star - who recently unveiled a stunning new pixie haircut - has reportedly auditioned for the English remake of the hit Swedish film, based on Stieg Larsson's best-selling novel, starring Daniel Craig as investigative journalist Mikael Blomkvist.

According to The Sun, 20-year-old is rumoured to have auditioned for director David Fincher, and cut her hair off so she would look the part.

Emma Watson & Alexa Chung’s Designer Collabs

This fall will welcome two more celebrity-spawned designer collaborations. First up is Alexa Chung's sartorial installation for Madewell, J. Crew's younger, lower-priced, ladies-only line. Chung's collection--chock-full of flirty dresses, Elaine-esque silk blouses and cuffed denim--premiered back at New York's FW10 fashion week in February. But its debut on Madewell's racks isn't slated until Fashion's Night Out (September 10th) at New York's upcoming SS11 fashion week. Ads for the collection (pictured here), however, are roaming the digital sphere. New Scream 4 Image - Hayden Panettiere Gets 'The Call'

The words will live on as a part of horror history forever - "Do you like scary movies?" When Drew Barrymore first got the call in 1996's Scream, it was like the slasher sub-genre got a shot of adrenaline that hasn't worn off yet. With the latest sequel, Scream 4, now in production, it looks old Ghostface is back up to his old reach out and stalk someone type tricks.

A source at the Lollapalooza music fest in Chicago tells us that the popchips lounge there was closed to all other VIPs for three hours Sunday so Panettiere could get a new tattoo from the ink artist in residence. No word on what design the wild child chose, but Panettiere was overheard saying she was celebrating her birthday "a little early." (She turns 21 on Aug. 21.) She already has a Leo symbol on her ankle (which reportedly made her mother, Lesley, cry when she saw it). And "Viviere Senza Rimpianti" - Italian for "Live Without Regrets" - is misspelled on the left side of her back. Perhaps she was seeking to correct the error. If not, let's hope this artist could spell.

"Twilight" pretty boy Kellan Lutz popped Samuel L. Jackson in the face - and lived to tell about it. Lutz played host at the Borgata Hotel's Sunbar in Atlantic City on Sunday. While Beyoncé's sister, Solange Knowles, deejayed, the congenial heartthrob told us that when he filmed a fight scene with Jackson for "The Killing Game," "I busted his lip up a bit. He took it like a champ," Lutz added. "I mean, of all the guys to hit like that ... he was really cool about it."
Lutz, who is dating actress AnnaLynne McCord, was pretty cool, too, when during the interview a male admirer sauntered by and told the actor/Calvin Klein model, "You're so hot." Replied Lutz: "Oh my God, so are you." Then, turning to us, he added: "Look at that ass. He must work out!"

From her trailer on location in Arizona, where she is filming "Stripper Zombie Invasion," Hayden's offered the following: "All I'm doing are dropping some letters from my last name and adding the letter S. It's not like I'm going from Archie Leach to Cary Grant."

Hollywood actress Megan Fox is reportedly planning a baby after

tying the knot with lover Brian Austin Green.

The couple got married in a small ceremony at the Four Seasons Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii with Brian's eight-year-old son Kassius, who he has from a previous relationship with Vanessa Marcil, Contactmusic reported online.

"She's longing to get pregnant and have a child with Brian and they are already building a nursery room at their Hollywood Hills mansion," a friend of the actress said.

The 24-year-old star had previously admitted that she feels like a mother anyway as she has been raising stepson Kassius for years.

"I am a stepmother to the fullest extent. I have looked after Kassius since he was three and he has no memory of life without me. For some reason, no one wants to look at me that way, but I am responsible for him and I've never struggled with that, from bedtime stories to the school run," Fox had said.
